pRETTI HAIR FACTORY POLICIES
Our weave application process may take 2-4 hours depending on services.
We cannot rush but we guarantee that we are prompt in ensuring less wait time as
possible.
A $25 deposit is required to book a time slot. The deposit will be deducted
from your total. If you are 30 minutes late for your time slot, your deposit
will not be credited toward your service. A 48-hour notice is required by email:
prettiheirbyshanel@icloud.com If you need to cancel, then a
credit is issued toward your next service. If you book within a
48-hour time frame, then need to cancel, your deposit cannot be credited.
NO REFUNDS.
Confirmation of appointment is required.
We also book earlier times 6am ,7am and 8am for a convenience fee. Call 601.502.7832 for details.
We do not detangle your natural hair.
We ask that you detangle your natural hair before we begin services.
DEPOSIT is deducted so make sure you are on time so you will not loose your deposit.
No refunds.
​Payments are paid in full at time of service.
·Pretti Hair Factory is a customer service oriented business. In any event that you are unsatisfied with the service, please inform your stylist before leaving, we will try to work with you and gladly resolve any issues within reasonable time.
·We will provide quality express services in a timely manner. Every client is a case by case, meaning that we offer a fast and friendly service for an affordable price but we will not rush on any client or situation.
·Your natural hair must be shampooed and blow dried before your weave can be installed. We can shampoo and blow dry your hair for an extra charge.
·Single tracking is $25 more.
·If you need to leave the Salon, a $20 deposit is required if we have started any service.
·We are always under surveillance for the safety of the business and for the promotion of salon.
Photographs/ Videos may be taken.
·We may have our customers prepay for their services.
·We will explain any service process as well as maintenance.
·Pretti Hair Factory is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to braids, weaving process, adhesives, hair weave choices or any chemical services, etc.
·Pretti Hair Factory is not responsible for hair loss due to installation process in any manner, including weaving, wig or quick-weave services.
·We have limited seating in our waiting area we ask that you do not bring guests or children that are not being serviced to your appointment.
·H2 Barbershop or Pretti Hair Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen items inside or outside the building.
·Inappropriate language and behavior is prohibited.
·No children are allowed unless being serviced.
·No pets are allowed.
